After a few weeks of catching up on deadlines it looks like I'm starting to amass enough sketches to get this blog away from the measly 3 posts a week and back to it's regular schedule of 5 days a week. That's every Monday through Friday, folks!
Well... for the time being anyway. Fingers crossed ;)
Oh, and that's Dick Grayson up there. Nightwi... er... Batma... um... Robin? Yeah!! ROBIN!!!
See you all back here tomorrow, right?
Ugh! Where do you find the time to do these?
ReplyDeleteStill; lovely drawing. I really like how you just drew the cape as an outline with no interior rendering.
You made short pants Robin look cool, not an easy feat.
ReplyDeleteBest news I heard all day Samnee five days a week. That Robin would look great next to t a certain Batman sketch I know somebody has. ;)
ReplyDelete-Eric!
What a way to start the week! Dick's still my favorite Bat-sidekick, and you've managed to capture all of the Golden/Silver Age fun and zeal in this single image. The knowing smirk on Robin's face really encapsulates both his daredevil mentality and his unbridled confidence. Once again, you've got a really fascinating geometry going with that skyline scene as well. Way to go all around, Chris. I'm looking forward to TOMORROW's post...yippee!
ReplyDeleteReally nice! I love that you're back to the old schedule!
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to more posts! Robin the Boy Wonder is a great start! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou brought the fun back to the Boy Wonder. Young Mr Grayson flying high above Gotham :)
ReplyDeleteSamnee, you've done it again.
ReplyDeleteBe great if you're back to 5 posts for a while :)
Very cool!
ReplyDeleteSaludos!!!
