HEADS UP!!

Sometimes, if I need a little break in between inking pages, I do little head sketch on a bits of scrap paper to sort of scratch the itch of whatever character I think I need to draw at that moment.
Lately I've been using 2 X 17 inch strips that I trimmed off of some bristol board a while back.
Above are the only few that I've done recently that are worth posting ;)

  1. Interesting stylistic diversity on display here, sir. Very cool character studies. The Wolverine sketch has a cool Paul Pope-like feel to it.

  2. Digs 'em all... especially the grumpy/frumpy Wolverine and the Spidey.

  5. The Nick Fury is my favorite. Has a real 60's spy thriller vibe to it.
