So, I really wanted to do something special for post 300 but just haven't had the time to devote to sketches not related to my comics work... well, that I can post anyway. So here's another batch of Checkmate sketchbook pages. The top two were done for Checkmate#17 and the bottom two are for #21& 22.

I've done artwork for the graphic novel Capote in Kansas (which I received a nomination for the 2006 Russ Manning award for) and Queen and Country, both published by Oni Press, The Exterminators and American Splendor, published by DC/Vertigo and Checkmate, published by DC Comics as well as the Daredevil Annual: Blood of the Tarantula with writers Ed Brubaker and Ande Parks published by Marvel. I recently completed a graphic novel for Vertigo with writer Christos Gage and I'm currently working on the Marvel MAX series Dead of Night: Devil Slayer with writer Brian Keene.
