Who can't have fun sketching Conan? Not me! Wait... is that a double negative? Crap. Umm. I DID have fun drawing this one though. After I set up my stuff, It was actually my first sketch of the show.

Hurley Con: Daredevil & Black Widow

I had no idea what I was going to do when I put pencil to paper on this one, other than the characters in it, but things all just sort of fell into place here. Big thanks again to Matt West for giving so many of my Daredevil sketches a place to call home.

Hurley Con: Brock vs Mol

I had way more fun doing this than anybody should have doing what they do for a living.
Venture Bros is one of my most favorite things to have playing in the background while I work (season 3 will be on constant rotation for the next few weeks:) and I just love getting the chance to draw some of the characters in that world.

Hurley Con: Marquis

This was another pre-ordered sketch. I'd never actually tried to draw Guy Davis's Marquis before so after my first attempt (the top one), of which I wasn't particularly proud of, I took another stab at it (the bottom). I think the second attempt definitely helped get a few kinks out.
I ended up bringing both to the show and letting the gent who commissioned it pick which of the two he preferred. He even picked the one I preferred! Goodonya, Doug:)

Hurley Con: Daredevil vs Bullseye

This sketch was also done before the show, but sadly was forgotten in my sketch book. It's since found a happy home with one Matt West.

Hurley Con: Bats vs Deathstroke

This is the first of a few sketches I did before Hurley Con. I'll be posting sketches from the show throughout this week, and most likely a bit into next.

With this one I even managed to get a scan of the pencils as well.
