Cerebus: rough/ DD solicit

Since I was planning on coloring this piece I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. So I wouldn't end up trying to color over some pencil groove in the paper I did this full size "rough" before the final pencils. Giving me one more chance to get the composition and poses just right. That's what the little arrows are for. They're little notes to self that I need to move somethin'. At this stage I also realized that I couldn't quite fit the extra couple of characters I added on left side(seen on the thumbnail) and that Jaka (the one standing) wasn't getting enough room. Be sure to check out the final pencils tomorrow to see how these things get fixed.

Also, my Daredevil issue's solicitation has been posted up on Newsarama, so I guess it'll be in the February issue of Previews. Be sure to ask your local comic shop to save you a copy, okay?
Here's all the official solicit text, and the cover:)

Lying low after getting out of prison and wiping out an entire gang, Carlos has become a low-key Robin Hood -- cleaning up the neighborhood he used to run as a gang lord. But he's about to discover that leaving his past behind isn't as simple as a change of attitudeas ghosts from his former life haunt him, Carlos turns to his friend/adversary, Matt Murdock. Now Black Tarantula and Daredevil must work together to save the streets of Hell's Kitchen from a powerful new gang from Carlos' homeland.

Chris are you just doing pencils on this or are you inking your own stuff?

Congratulations on the Marvel gig, dude! I've been getting Bru's DD in TPB, but I'll pre-order this special for certain. Hope this leads to some more projects for you!
