DAREDEVIL

I'm trying to get back into the sketching habit (at least for a little while) and thought there was no better character to come back with than Daredevil!

Daredevil has been my longest run on a title yet, we're into my third year on the book now, and its been an amazing experience. But, as they say, all good things must come to an end.  This past week, Daredevil Vol. 4 #13 came out, which is the first issue to our final arc on the book. I hope you're all joining us on our last ride with Daredevil! Here's a preview if you haven't had a chance to snag your copy yet.

I can't express how grateful I am for the incredible fan support of our work on this title.  It's not all that often that you end up on a book you love, with amazing collaborators, creative freedom, critical acclaim and editorial support. I have been very, very lucky these past three years!

These last three years on Daredevil have also given me an awesome opportunity to grow as both an artist and a storyteller so it seems fitting that I will be making my Marvel writing debut on a short story that I'm also drawing in the upcoming Daredevil 15.1.  I hope you'll pick it up!

Thanks for lookin'! More sketches soon!

(Another) Daredevil

Here's that ol' familiar face again. You'd think after I spend all day and night drawing this guy I'd be sick of it-- but that's hardly the case. He's still fun every time. Who'dathunkit?! :)

Have a great 4th of July, folks. Stay safe out there and I'll see you all back here on Monday, okay? :)

Daredevil-50th anniversary (from C2E2)

I was asked by the commissioner to sneak a li'l 50 in here in celebration of Daredevil's fifty years in comics. Can you find it? :)

So yeah, that'll do it for C2E2 sketches. Thanks for following along, folks!

Oh! I neglected to mention it yesterday but two books hit stands yesterday with covers by yours truly.

Punisher vs Daredevil (from C2E2)

Waitaminute, "another Punisher?" you say. You betcha!
I skewed a little closer to Goran Parlov's costume design on this one. Two characters sketches are always a bit of a challenge but this was a fun one.
