About Me
I grew up drawing comics in DeSoto, Missouri. I've done artwork for the graphic novel Capote in Kansas (which I received a nomination for the 2006 Russ Manning award for) and Queen and Country, both published by Oni Press, The Exterminators and American Splendor, published by DC/Vertigo and Checkmate, published by DC Comics as well as the Daredevil Annual: Blood of the Tarantula with writers Ed Brubaker and Ande Parks published by Marvel. I recently completed a graphic novel for Vertigo with writer Christos Gage and I'm currently working on the Marvel MAX series Dead of Night: Devil Slayer with writer Brian Keene. I live in the 'burbs with my lovely wife, Laura and our happy little cat Scout.

Uh oh... I bet these were great. Don't even need to see them to know that.
Yeah we're still having some issues... but thanks Justin
Awesome DD. Hmm, I blame the Afleck movie for the fact that I tend to hear Evanescence's My Immortal in my head whenever I see the Man Without Fear these days.
I just ordered Capote in Kansas from Amazon - let ya know what i think. Very excited. 'DD: BOT' next on the list
Just made a special trip to the LCS in order to pick this up...I was blown away by the Wild Dog sketch you gave me at KC PlanetCon, I figured I would help you out a little more and pick this issue up...have not read it yet but I will let you know what I think...
1st Daredevil I have picked up since the Kevin Smith storyline...
Yeah! for Chris Samnee

I am actually in a different boat from Alan. I like Affleck, and the director's cut of the movie is actually fairly good.
Don't hate me.
But Tarantula looks awesome. I especially love the high collar/tarantula outline on the back. Very very cool.
I was just sayin'... Wasn't meaning to diss Affleck or the movie especially (Affleck redeemed himself since the great Kimmel/Damon skit); or the song for that matter. The movie had some good points: Elekta not being one of them; and Affleck looked like he was wearing a toupe - Murdock is retinally impaired, not follically.
Tarantula is not appearing on Amazon UK yet... soon, my pretty, soooon
Great stuff, better than I imagined really!
Big thanks to everybody who picked this up... especially if you haven't picked up an issue of Daredevil in a while.
Personally I kinda liked the DD movie. I know it's cool to rag on it or whatever but it'll always hold a special place in my heart. On me and the missus first date I it was decided that we'd go see it on Valentine's Day. I know, romantic right? Wait'll I tell you about or honeymoon at the San Diego Comic Con...
Have a great weekend, everybody!
