Today I'm celebrating wrapping up the last of my side projects! I am now just working on Thor: The Mighty Avenger. As much as I have loved my recent side projects, it's been over a year since I had just one book to work on. Instead of working 112+ hours a week, I'll now be down to 90 or so! Yahoo! :D

I'm really sad to see Atlas end at issue 5, but I'm soothing my pain with Jeff Parker and Giancarlo Caracuzzo's Gorilla-Man mini-series.

Ant-Man!

This was another Twitter suggestion. I think Ant-Man is awesome and wish he got more love! The costume above is my version of the 60's costume, which is how he'll appear in Thor: The Mighty Avenger #3!

A while back, I teased about a contest for those of you that pick up Thor: The Mighty Avenger #1 the day it comes out. Here are the details:

1. On (next) Thursday, July 8th, when Thor: TMA comes out, take a picture of you holding the book.

2. Either @ me on Twitter with a link to your picture, or if you're not on Twitter, you can email your picture or a link to your picture to samneeart (at) gmail (dot) com.

3. One winner will be randomly chosen to receive a FREE 9 x 12 THOR SKETCH!

Only pictures received on Thursday, July 8th are eligible for the contest (ending at midnight Pacific time). I realize that this may exclude some of you who are outside the US or can't make it to your LCS on Thursday and I apologize. I'll plan another contest soon that will be open to everyone. *
