Wizard World Chicago: Matt Murdock & a bit o' pimpin'


Daredevil #500 hits stands today. Pages 1, 2 & 7 were pencilled by yours truly and inked by the incomparable Stefano Gaudiano. I believe there are 5 covers grand total for this one issue and even a pinup up Brian Bendis!! How can you NOT buy one?!

Well, you've reduced me to a whimpering shell of my former self. That Matt Murdock piece is absolutely poetic. While I've seen other artists attempt to portray the DD shadow effect for Mr. Murdock, your bold and dramatically colored rendition is the gold standard for how profound that visual can really be. Man, that's just beautiful. I'll definitely be picking up all of the solicitations posted on today's entry. The sky's the limit, sir.
