Technicolor Thursday: Wonder Woman

I've started trying to utilize Photoshop a bit more... unsuccessfully most of the time. Every once in a while though, something accidentally turns out alright.
That seems to be the case here with this Wonder Woman sketch
I'm not really sure which step I ended up favoring the most, so I figured I'd just post inks, markers and the color tweak all together.

Oh no!  I already broke my Halloween theme streak!  Well... some folks dress up as Wonder Woman, right?  Are we still good?

Beautiful.

Great job, Chris. This'd make a great poster...

Chris,

I just want to take a moment to tell you how much I've enjoyed your work these past few years. This wonder Woman piece is quite attractive, but I'm particularly fond of the Deadman illustration posted below. If I had my druthers, you would be allowed to build a story around this piece. I also want to let you know how much your Jim Gordon/Alfred Pennyworth sketch has me drooling over the idea of a Chris Samnee written/drawn one-shot and or mini-series featuring the two. Do you have the connections to actually pitch it to DC editorial? Please keep up the good work. I wish you the best.

The added color imparts some nice impact to the original B/W piece. Good job!

More Samnee goodness as always. One quick question -- do you do the markers on the original art or on a separate copy?

Thanks a ton, Dan. You're a great poster.

Get it?

Patrick, I guess I know folks I could pitch this stuff to. I'm hardly a writer though... Thanks for all the praise though.

Thanks Pat. Good to know it still works it color (as limited as it is). Sometimes I wonder if I should just leave well enough alone and just leave everything in
black and white.

Thanks Michael. It was actually your work that has inspired me to try more single color stuff:)
I generally color on the original... but since Laura already claimed the B&W version, I just colored a copy for this.

HA!

That may be the nicest thing anyone's ever said to me.
