I've done artwork for the graphic novel Capote in Kansas (which I received a nomination for the 2006 Russ Manning award for) and Queen and Country, both published by Oni Press, The Exterminators and American Splendor, published by DC/Vertigo and Checkmate, published by DC Comics as well as the Daredevil Annual: Blood of the Tarantula with writers Ed Brubaker and Ande Parks published by Marvel. I recently completed a graphic novel for Vertigo with writer Christos Gage and I'm currently working on the Marvel MAX series Dead of Night: Devil Slayer with writer Brian Keene. I live in the 'burbs with my lovely wife, Laura and our happy little cat Scout. All characters TM and © their respective owners. Very cool. I really like the look on Saturn Girl's face, her pose and the way you drew the folds of her clothing. And those thumbs in the pockets--! Nice touch.
I hope the Smallville people borrow your "costume" design for the show. I wonder which members of the team are going to be featured on the show... any preferences?

It looks like they're going with the 3 founding members: Cosmic Boy, Saturn Girl & Lightning Boy... er Lad.
My design doesn't really stray far from what Saturn Girl wore in Adventure #249. I just decided to nix the skirt.

If it were up to me we'd be seeing Ferro Lad, Bouncing Boy and Matter-Eater Lad. I've been known to have bad taste though, so maybe it's best that they are going with the original three.

You know who'd make a great Bouncing Boy? That guy who plays Hurley on Lost. He'd have to shave and cut his hair, but I think he'd do a great job.
Personally I'd love to see Phantom Girl, Colossal Boy and Timber Wolf, but hey... that's just me.
