Yeah... so I'm one of the few who STILL hasn't read any Star Man. Maybe I'll try to pick it up since it's in one of those big collections now.
Have a great weekend, everybody. Oh, and if you're out in San Diego have a safe trip back. I gotta say I'm pretty glad I didn't go. Staying home this time out has afforded me more time to devote to work, and I'm sure I'm keeping up with news from the show better than if I were actually there:) I'm a bit disappointed I don't get to catch up with a lot of my friends at the show, but it's such a mad-house there I probably wouldn't have been able to chat much anyway. You should really give Starman a try. The hardcover collection's really great and contains a few issues that were never collected in the trades. It's probably one of my favorite comic series ever. A solid story that has a finite ending, so you get the title character's entire story in one run.
I recently picked up the new Starman Omnibus HC having never read any Starman before, and was incredibly impressed. I would definitely recommend it!
