Whatever Wednesday: Devil Slayer Commission-sketches
You didn't think we were done with commissions already, did you?
Here are a few more sketchbook pages of layouts for a character I've definitely had a bit more experience drawing.
Also, if you have any last minute suggestions for the Name a Theme Week Contest be sure to get them in ASAP. We stop taking entries tonight at midnight, so tell your friends! Lurkers this is your chance to de-lurk and maybe win something in the process!!
We'll announce the winner(s) right here next week!!

I love the layout of the third one with him walking past the stone faces, but I love the action in the fourth picture just as much...

I like one and four the best, but I gotta go with number one as my favorite.
Hi Chris,
While I have no suggestions for theme weeks, there are a few characters I would love to see you take a crack at on this site.
1) Daredevil in either of his costumes.
2) Black Widow, possibly paired with Daredevil.
3) Marvel U supporting character Ben Urich. On a side note, if you could find a good slogan, maybe these you could choose a day of the week within which to feature drawings of various supporting characters. I'm not sure if such a thing would impress people here, but I'd like to see you try it.
4) Nick Fury. I think that you could do a nice influenced Jim Steranko's old S.H.I.E.L.D. stories. That or something within which you make the character your own.
I also have a question to leave you with...Are you currently working on any projects at the moment? If not, I'm hoping that something comes up soon. You're too strong an artist to go to waste.
Thanks for everything.
Bye for now.
Sincerely,
Patrick
Thanks a bunch, JWGAV, Brian and Patrick.
Patrick, I've actually posted a number of DD sketches here on the ol' blog, as well as a Fury just recently.
Black Widow and Urich are on my to-do list I'm afraid.
Dig through the archives, or just google the characters and my name, and you can find about half of your suggestions.
I am hard at work on my next project... but it hasn't been announced just yet. I'll be sure to post about it here ASAP though.
Thanks again.
